Belfast Christmas Market, over 100 chalets offering international and local products
Belfast Christmas Market is where it all began for Market Place. Now in it's 12th year, the award-winning market in the grounds of Belfast Hall is the festive highlight for the city and its visitors. A record 1.3million visitors attended the market last year, to avail of the wonderful products on offer from over 100 chalets. Local producers make up over 40% of the market, selling a variety of tasty treats and products: lobster burgers from celebrated local restauranteurs Mourne Seafood, men's grooming products from the quirky Belfast Beard Company and even ice-cream from the famous North Belfast family run company Rossi's.
Every year we push the boat out to make the Belfast Christmas Market bigger and better and in 2016 over £200,000.00 was invested in new chalets and trading structures and a new layout with an even wider range of home grown produce and treats from across the globe.
