" Thank you so very much for your guided tour of the Belfast Christmas Market earlier today. The pupils benefited enormously from your knowledge and rapport with the traders. The tour was tailored to the group’s specific educational purpose and was most enjoyable. It was fantastic to be able to sample so many different produce and to learn so much about the origin of the products on sale. There were so many highlights of the trip, however I think the pupils will always remember the Dutch Liquorice! Thank you once again for taking the time to guide us around the market, we very much appreciated it.
